Repairs on leaking gutters Fascias, Soffits & Guttering
I hired Steph to do repair work on my roof, see to leaking gutters and paint and trowel mastic several of my windows.
He came on time every day with his apprentice son,Kian and worked well throughout the approx 4 days. I found him to be very friendly and he is a conscientious and tidy worker who takes pride in all the work he does. I had a bad leak which another tradesman had failed to fix but my stairwell wall has been dry since Steph did his repair and we have had torrential rain since.
I was so impressed with the quality of his work that I have had him back a second time to give my slate roof an overhaul and he will be back again to start work on a lead section of my roof soon.
He communicated well via email with a detailed quote and I found this to be very reasonable.
My house is 150 years old so needs regular maintenance and in the past I have had many poor quality repairs done which means paying twice. With Steph I am confident that the work will be done properly first time round.
I can’t recommend him highly enough.
